Ortega Global Solutions (OGS) would like to announce the participation of Shift Gear Clothing in the PRO Rear Wheel Drive (PRO RWD) Heads Up Class for the 15th Annual Sport Compact Fall Nationals on October 6th and 7th at Englishtown Raceway Park. The PRO RWD Class made a return to the OGS Englishtown Raceway Park events for the 2012 season. The return of this class has brought back an excitement to the sport that hasn’t been seen in many years. The Heads Up, Pro Tree format has proven to be a true test of driver skill, and exciting competition for the fans to enjoy. The PRO RWD class has continued to contain some of the fastest Sport Compact cars in the world hailing from Puerto Rico and many parts of the United Sates.
Shift Gear Clothing’s support will further increase the already competitive purse for this great class. The hope is that more race teams will come out to compete in the PRO RWD Class. Making the field more competitive for the drivers and even more exciting for the fans to watch. This is an exciting class we hope to keep a part of our racing program for years to come.
Peter Diaz from Shift Gear Clothing states, “We are very happy to be able to contribute to this class and help it grow. Hopefully more businesses will give back to the sport in order for it to continue to progress.”

PRO RWD Payout:

Winner - $3,500 + Trophy
Runner-Up - $1,500 + Trophy
Semi-Finalists - $750 + Trophy
Quarter Finalists - $250

16 cars required for full payout.

The PRO RWD class rules are as follows:

Open to all RWD 3/4 & full chassis sport compact vehicles.
Open to all 4 & 6 cylinder and rotary power plants.
Max. Displacement: 6 cyl: 4.0L.
Max 2 power adders allowed.
Min weights: 4 cylinder/2 rotor: 2000 lbs. (over 3.0 liter add 200 lbs.).
3 rotors: 2200 lbs. 6 cyl: 2400 lbs.
*3/4 chassis- deduct 100 lbs. *3/4 chassis must retain original firewall, OEM front shock towers & frame rails in front of firewall. Front Struts must mount to OEM location.
Heads-Up, .400 Pro Tree. Pro ladder.

Shift Gear http://www.shiftgearclothing.com is proud to present for the second time at Englishtown Raceway Park an all Old School Import car show featured in conjunction with the great 15th Annual Fall Nationals Car Show.
This is a part of the huge 60+ class car show that is open to all Makes, Models and Years. It will be a specialty section corded off within the Fall Nationals Car Show that will consist only of 1987 and older import vehicles.
There will also be a regular car show that has a category for everyone!

Prices will be the standard entrance at the gate. No special tickets or anything will need to be purchased.
